Motivation Monday – Affirmation for the week

This is your Monday morning reminder that you are amazing and you can do anything.  So put on your positive pants and get ready to shine this week.

Our affirmation for today is all about pushing out the negativity and exhaustion that sometimes comes with a Monday.  Crush that thought – focus on this instead!  Remember to repeat this out loud for a few minutes before you tackle the day.  Let’s do this!
